3 days · explore one day at a time

01Day 1 · A gentle first look at GuilinGuilin

Settle in before meeting the river and the city around it.

Morning: Arrive in Guilin and connect with your planned transfer. An early arrival leaves time to settle in and get your bearings near the hotel.
Afternoon: If your arrival allows, take an easy walk along the city stretch of the Li River, with a possible stop around Elephant Trunk Hill or Shan Lake.
Evening: Find a bowl of Guilin rice noodles or enjoy a relaxed waterside stroll. A late arrival simply means dinner and a quieter first night.

02Day 2 · River landscapes and a town with time to wanderGuilin → Xingping → Yangshuo

Follow the scenery towards Yangshuo, with room to stop and look.

Morning: Travel towards Xingping for river views framed by karst peaks and villages. Choose a suitable boat or raft section with your planner if you want time on the water.
Afternoon: Leave room for lunch and a walk through Xingping’s streets, then continue to Yangshuo. After check-in, choose a short riverside walk or a proper rest.
Evening: Explore West Street independently for local food and evening atmosphere, or stay somewhere quieter and enjoy a slower country evening.

03Day 3 · A country morning, then onwardYangshuo → Guilin

Keep the final morning flexible and protect your departure connection.

Morning: A later departure may allow a gentle walk beside the Yulong River, passing fields, village lanes and mountain views. Take it slowly rather than squeezing in several activities.
Afternoon: Return towards the agreed Guilin airport or railway station with sufficient travel and check-in time. For an early departure, leave Yangshuo directly and omit the morning outing.
Evening: Continue home or to your next destination. Travellers who want rafting or a longer cycling experience can discuss another night in Yangshuo.

From US$288 per adult for a private party of 6 adults, sharing twin/double rooms. Arrival and departure days count towards the trip length. Children, single rooms and other party sizes require a separate quote.
